Josie trained with Yoga London and is a qualified Yoga teacher. Josie welcomes students of all ages and abilities to her classes held near Buntingford in Hertfordshire.
Josie also has a keen interest in Astrology and studied with the Faculty of Astrological Studies; an organisation that is internationally renowned for excellence in astrological education.
